The NHP Series will enhance your productivity with its high speed, powerful cutting performance and world class specification. Its one piece bed structure equipped with a step guideway further strengthens rigidity, while its rapid traverse rate delivers excellent productivity. Furthermore, the NHP series is also equipped with various user convenience functions.

FEATURE:

  1. High rigidity one-piece bed: The high rigidity one-piece bed supports heavy duty cutting with the adoption of Finite Element Method  (FEM) analysis.
  2. High productivity and reliability : The NHP series rapid traverse rate has been further increased with the adoption of a high speed axis drive system. The servo driven automatic tool changer (ATC) and automatic pallet changer (APC) improve parts durability and maintainability. The increased APC cycle time also improves productivity. The APC system provides an optional increased pallet size on the NHP550 and 6300 models.
  3. User -friendly functions: Various new user-friendly functions have been introduced to reduce the operator’s work load.
